SELF DEFENCE

Learn how to defend yourself in a safe and friendly environment. Professor Richie Quan takes the class through various situations, explaining and teaching out to deal with them and survive. From hand-to-hand combat in casual clothing to effective defence against knives and firearms. This is the class to learn how to apply your martial arts training in real-life situations.

If you are a seasoned martial artist but understand the limitations of martial arts on the street, in a real situation then this will benefit you greatly. If you’re new to self defence then this system will put you miles ahead of where you are now. It will give you a system that you can internalize and use if you ever have to save yourself or your family members.
