Chef is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under direct lineage of Professor Luiz Saldanha & Master Carlos Gracie Jnr. and is the former EFC Light Heavyweight Champion.

Chef coaches, wrestling, BJJ, and MMA and also heads up the Little Champs and Future Champs classes making sure our kids grow and progress.
