Professor Richie Quan will be hosting a weekly self-defence class on Monday evenings from 17:30-18:30. With a focus on self-defence, the classes will cover the basics of various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Judo & Muay Thai, including blade and firearm disarming techniques. No experience is necessary as this is for everyone.
