The third Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament of the 2022 Quanwessels grappling season is upon us. The first was a massive success with over 80 competitors battling it out for gold. NEW SELF DEFENCE CLASS ADDED TO SCHEDULE
Professor Richie Quan will be hosting a weekly self-defence class on Monday evenings from 17:30-18:30. With a focus on self-defence, the classes will cover the basics of various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Judo & Muay Thai, including blade and firearm disarming techniques.
