QW DIARIES – HannaBAL DOUBLE GOLDS AT SUB KINGS JHB & More

It has been another busy couple of weeks for QuanWessels Martial Arts HQ. On the weekend of 28 November the QW competition team headed to Edenvale for the Submission Kings & Queens grappling competition.

While our smaller team officially only came 4th, we ended with the best win to loss ratio. Special shout out to Ross Elliot who tore his calf in his first fight and went on to take bronze in his division; Hannah Griffith on claiming double gold in her weight divisions and young Nisa who took bronze in his first ever competition.
