Recently, the QuanWessels Martial Arts coaching team visited Wonderland Nursery School for an action-packed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu demonstration. From the moment we stepped onto the mats, the energy in the room was contagious.
The children watched in amazement as our coaches demonstrated throws, escapes and safe movement skills before getting involved themselves through fun games and age-appropriate activities.
